These terms apply to Lumiaqua, the aquarium app operated by Shinsuke Kitano. Please read them before using the app.

1. Your aquarium

You can feed fish, clean the glass, and collect hearts to welcome more fish. Growth depends on fullness and cleanliness, including while the app is closed. The app does not require a user account.

2. Hearts and advertisements

Hearts are in-game points with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. Rewarded ads are optional. Completing an eligible ad earns 20 hearts, up to five completed rewards per local calendar day. Ads may be unavailable depending on connection or delivery conditions. An incomplete viewing does not earn a reward. App-open ads may appear at intervals.

3. Saved data

Fish, names, progress and heart balances are stored on your device. Cloud synchronization and account-based recovery are not provided. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing your device may remove progress. Device or operating-system backup behavior varies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, exploit reward systems, redistribute protected artwork without permission, or infringe another person's rights. The app and its artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Availability and responsibility

Features and game balance may change to improve the app. Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Privacy and changes

Information handling is described in the Privacy policy. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this website with an updated date. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
